There are online sites please! Are there any retailers such as Kmart and other stores, are likely from a large selection of fragrance oils for cold processing (no alcohol in it!) The manufacture of soap? Thank you !!!!!

Another option is a health food store because they often contain essential oils.
Try somewhere that sells aromatherapy or you can try a health food store. I know you can buy tea tree oil at Trader Joe's.
